Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)

Your Right Under California Law

California Civil Code SS 1798.120 and SS 1798.121 grant California residents the right to direct a business not to sell or share their personal information to third parties.

cepaos does not sell personal information for money. However, the CCPA defines "sale" broadly to include certain sharing arrangements with advertising or analytics partners. CPRA further extends the right to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

By submitting this form, you instruct cepaos to:

  • Disable any analytics that may qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under CPRA.
  • Exclude your account from third-party marketing audiences.
  • Persist your opt-out decision against your user record so it is honored on every subsequent session.

You will not receive different pricing or service quality for exercising this right (CCPA SS 1798.125).
