Billing and Payments Policy

1. Purpose

This Billing and Payments Policy governs the commercial and financial aspects of the service provided by cepaos LLC, supplementing the Terms of Service.

2. Billing Cycles

• Monthly: automatic billing on the first day of each month.
• Annual: automatic billing at the start of each annual period.

3. Payment Methods

The sole authorised payment processor is dLocalGo. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards are accepted. cepaos does not store complete card data.

4. Prices and Exchange Rate

Prices are in USD. The effective charge is made in local currency at the prevailing dLocalGo exchange rate.

5. Taxes

cepaos LLC is a Wyoming, US entity. Tax responsibility lies with the User.

6. Payment Retries

Up to 3 attempts within 7 days. After total failure, account suspended with read-only access for 30 days.

7. Cancellation

The User may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. No partial refunds. Read-only access for 30 days post-cancellation.

8. Reactivation

Within 30 days: regularise the debt. After 30 days: permanent deletion.
