Yes. The API is documented in OpenAPI and there's an interactive explorer at /developers, where you can see each endpoint and its parameters. Inside the app (Settings → API) a playground lets you try calls with your own key.
How do I connect my online store?+
Through inbound webhooks already wired for Shopify and WooCommerce, plus Xero for accounting. When a web order comes in, it appears in the cellar and stock adjusts without copying anything.
Is it secure? Can one key see another winery's data?+
No. Each API key is scoped to its organisation. The platform is strictly multi-tenant: a key never reaches another winery's wine, orders or stock.
Do I need to code to integrate?+
Not always. For no-code automations there's the Zapier integration. If you need something deeper, your technical team uses the REST API with the OpenAPI docs.
