Georgian winery registration and declarations (National Wine Agency)
How Cepaos prepares the harvest and production data Georgian wineries report to the National Wine Agency (ღვინის ეროვნული სააგენტო).
Which agency
In Georgia, the wine sector is overseen by the National Wine Agency (ღვინის ეროვნული სააგენტო, wine.gov.ge). The National Food Agency (NFA) is a different body: it handles food safety, not the wine registry or the wine declarations.
Prerequisites
- Company data complete in Settings > Organisation: legal name, identification number, address.
- Vineyard blocks configured with variety, area, and micro-zone in Vineyard > Blocks.
- At least one vessel registered in Cellar > Vessels.
What Cepaos prepares
- Harvest declaration: grape quantities per variety and vineyard block, taken from your harvest records. Georgian varieties such as Saperavi, Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane are pre-loaded.
- Production declaration: wine volumes compiled from your cellar book.
Both are generated as PDF from the Georgia compliance hub (Compliance > Georgia). The Winery registry — National Wine Agency page summarises the registration process and this year's declarations.
Frequently asked questions
