Your account is free — and works the opposite way to a winery's

The Cepaos consultant winemaker account is free. You don't enter your own data: you work on the real data of the wineries you advise (vineyard, cellar, lab, traceability), from a single account.

Your account has its own space ("My space") that starts empty — that's normal: it isn't a winery, it's your entry point. There you manage your profile and personal settings. The data lives in the wineries that grant you access.

Wineries invite you — not the other way around

You can't "add yourself" to a winery. The flow is always:

Share your email (the same one you signed up to Cepaos with) with the administrator of the winery you want to advise.
The admin invites you from Settings → Team → Invite consultant winemaker, choosing your access level.
The winery appears in "My wineries" and you enter with one click. If you didn't have an account yet, the invitation arrives by email and guides you to create one for free.

If you already have an account when they invite you, access is immediate: you receive a confirmation email with a direct link to the winery.

What you can do at each access level

The winery picks one of two levels when inviting you:

Read only: you see everything the winery enables for you — labs, fermentation curves, movements, traceability, compliance — but you can't modify anything.
Advisor: besides viewing, you can observe and comment (notes and observations where the app allows it). You still can't modify critical data: movements, stock and compliance remain exclusive to the winery's own team.

At both levels, if you attempt an action that isn't allowed, the app tells you with a clear message — it's not an error, it's the model.

My wineries and switching

The My wineries page lists every winery with active access, its access level and the date access started. You enter any of them with one click, and from the organization switcher you return to My space or jump to another winery whenever you want.

Confidentiality between wineries

Each winery is an isolated space:

When you're inside a winery, you see only that winery's data.
A winery cannot see which other wineries you advise, nor their data.
All your activity is logged under your user, separately in each winery.

The winery can revoke your access at any time, with immediate effect: the winery disappears from your list and you can't get back in unless they invite you again.

Winery limit

The free account allows a limited number of active wineries at the same time. If you reach it, the app tells you when you try to add a new one.

Ready-to-send text to ask for an invitation

Copy this and send it to the winery's administrator:

> Hi — I use Cepaos for the technical follow-up of the wineries I advise. To give me access to your winery's data: go to Settings → Team → Invite consultant winemaker and enter my email: [your email]. There's no extra cost for you.

Remember to use the same email you signed up with: that's what links your account to the invitation.
