Greek wine declarations (ΥΠΑΑΤ) in Cepaos
How Cepaos prepares the harvest and production declaration data that Greek wineries file with the Ministry of Rural Development and Food (ΥΠΑΑΤ).
Who receives the declarations
In Greece, the harvest, production and stock declarations required by EU Regulation (EU) 2018/273 are filed with the Ministry of Rural Development and Food (ΥΠΑΑΤ, Υπουργείο Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης και Τροφίμων) and its regional services (DAOK), which also keep the vineyard register.
KEOSOE (ΚΕΟΣΟΕ) is the Central Union of Wine Cooperatives of Greece. It represents cooperatives; it is not a regulator and does not receive declarations. If your winery is a KEOSOE member, you can say so during onboarding so Cepaos enables the cooperative fields.
Prerequisites
- Company data complete in Settings > Organisation: legal name, tax number (AFM), address.
- Vineyard blocks configured with variety, area, and regional unit in Vineyard > Blocks.
- Harvest records for the vintage you want to declare.
What Cepaos prepares
- Harvest declaration (Δήλωση Τρύγου): grape quantities per variety and vineyard block, taken from your harvest records.
- Production declaration (Δήλωση Παραγωγής): wine volumes compiled from your cellar book.
Both are generated as PDF from the Greece compliance hub (Compliance > Greece). The Wine declarations & vineyard register page lists the declaration types and the fields the vineyard register needs.
