Deadlines Cepaos tracks

Alerts work on their own: there is nothing to turn on and no dates to enter.

Cepaos does not adjust these dates for semi-annual or annual filers, and it does not track COLA renewals or bond reviews.

When and how you are alerted

When a deadline is less than 7 days away or overdue, a banner also appears at the top of the dashboard, with a button that takes you to the screen where that filing is prepared.

What you can change

Email: in Settings, under Set up push notifications (also reachable from the bell), you can turn off the Regulatory deadlines and notices email category. The bell and push keep alerting you.
Bell: on the same screen you can mute bell categories for your user.
Dashboard banner: close it with the X. If 2 or more days are left, it comes back 1 day before the deadline; if the deadline is today, tomorrow or past, it comes back the next day.

Dates cannot be edited: they come from the regulations. If you think a date is wrong, message us through the support chat.

Frequently asked questions

Am I alerted even when I'm not logged in?

Yes. Email and push arrive whether or not you are using the platform. Push requires that you allowed notifications in the browser or the installed app.

Does Cepaos know I already filed?

No. Cepaos does not receive confirmation from TTB, so the alert stays until the deadline. You can close the banner.
