What cooperatives ask.

How many members can Cepaos handle?

Cepaos sets no cap on the number of members per cooperative. Each member has their own record, current account, advances and share capital, and receives a PDF settlement statement.

How is the settlement calculated?

The engine takes the base price per varietal, applies quality bonuses (Brix, health, vintage), deducts supply withdrawals and configured tax withholdings. Each member receives a line-by-line detail. Rules are configurable per campaign.

Can members see their current account?

Yes. Each member accesses a read-only portal via secure link (no password). They see deliveries, balance, settlement, and movement detail. The administrator does not need to answer manual queries.

Does it work offline?

Partly. Cepaos is a PWA: harvest, grape intake at the winery, the field notebook and work orders can be entered offline and sync when the signal returns. Recording a member's CIU and running settlements require a connection.

Is the cooperative module available in my country?

Yes. The cooperative module (members, deliveries, settlements, advances, supplies, share capital and member returns) works in every market where Cepaos operates. Settlement bonuses and deductions are percentages each cooperative sets under its own rules; declarations and invoicing come from your country's module.
