For sales · Sales and export

Every deal, from first contact to payment

Pipelines for the domestic market and for export, distributor contracts, export receivables by age and a wine club that the winery charges itself.

From contact to cash

One flow for selling at home and abroad

The stages change with the market; each deal is recorded the same way.

  1. Opportunity

Every deal enters the board with value, probability, close date and an assigned rep.

  2. Proposal or samples

Domestic: qualification and proposal. Export: samples and offer, with destination country, incoterm and FOB price per case.

  3. Won

A won export deal creates the export as a draft, ready to prepare the proforma and packing list.

  4. Payment

Export balances by age and by importer; domestically, account statement and overdue debt per customer.

What it solves

Tools for the people who sell the wine

  • Domestic pipeline

A board from prospect to won with calls, emails, meetings and notes per deal, plus commissions per rep on what was won in the month.

  • Add-on

    Export pipeline

Prospect, samples, offer and negotiation with destination country, incoterm, volume in cases and FOB per case. Won deals become exports.

  • Distributors and price lists

Contracts with exclusive territory, commission and target; depletions per SKU entered by the winery, and price lists assigned to each account.

  • Add-on

    Export receivables by age

Current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days, average days to collect and a breakdown per importer, never mixing currencies.

  • Customer accounts

Balance, overdue debt by each customer's terms, and orders held when there is overdue debt or the credit limit is exceeded.

  • Add-on

Wine club with your own payments

Tiers, recurring shipments and a member portal. Each shipment is charged with a payment link from the winery's own account: Cepaos is never the merchant.

Items marked as add-on are paid modules on top of the plan: Export and Wine Club. The domestic pipeline, distributors and customer accounts are part of the core Commercial module.

Questions from sales

Who collects the wine club payments?

The winery, through its own payment provider account. Each shipment creates a payment link emailed to the member; if it is not paid, it is resent after 3, 7 and 14 days and then the membership is paused.

Do distributors enter their sales in Cepaos?

No: depletions per period and SKU are entered by the winery from what each distributor reports. There is no distributor portal or EDI.

Does receivables aging also apply to the domestic market?

The age buckets are for export receivables. Domestically you see each customer's account, their overdue debt and orders held for credit.

Does Cepaos issue the export invoice?

No. The proforma and packing list are commercial documents. The tax invoice is issued by the winery with its own credentials; Cepaos integrates and reconciles.
