What Cepaos does
Cepaos covers a winery's full cycle: vineyard blocks and field work, harvest and grape reception, winemaking and cellar movements, supplies inventory, lab, bottling and dispatches.
Traceability follows your market's regulator — and every country you export to: the platform generates the ledgers, declarations and paperwork in the format each authority requires, ready to file, plus the EU e-label and export documentation.

Jesús Volcanes
Cepaos was founded by Jesús Volcanes, who leads product development with a small team. We work in direct contact with wineries and winemakers in the markets we serve: features come from real vineyard and cellar problems, not a wish list.
